How it works

Email us
Send your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return to [email protected]. We'll reply within one business day with a return authorisation and instructions.

Ship it back
Pack the item(s) securely and ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
